cambridge, United Kingdom - 13th January 2007Taxis are never on time and half the drivers can't understand english.
The owners are more intersted in the drivers pay-ins than providing a good solid service to the customers.

cambridge, United Kingdom - 13th January 2007In ten years of using PANTHER their service has been usually average, but in the last 2 yrs the staff are rude the drivers don't know the way to go and the cars are forever late.

Cambridge, United Kingdom - 14th April 2006My observation of Panther is that they dominate the taxi business round Cambridge way. Even with a massive fleet of cars I still find there sometimes a little late for bookings.
